Refund Policy

At EdwardScates, we want you to be delighted with your purchase. Here's our Refund Policy:

Eligibility: Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Clearance items and personalized products are final sale.

Return Process: To start a return, email services@edwardscates.top with your order number. We'll send a return shipping label. Ship items within 5 days of return initiation.

Refund Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we'll process your refund. It may take 3 - 7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. For gift card purchases, refunds will be in the form of an EdwardScates store credit.

Shipping Costs: You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or we made a mistake.

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 7 days for a replacement or refund.
